What we do
Loita’s Corporate Finance team typically takes a holistic approach to any client; that is, Loita seeks to provide comprehensive services to corporates for their immediate and future growth needs. We value long-term relationships. Therefore, Loita’s professionals, across the sector-specific groups, provide services in all of the following areas:
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): advise on contemplated mergers and acquisitions; perform valuations; identify M&A prospects; identify buyers in the case of disposals
- Equity markets: advise on initial public offers; lead investor roadshows; distribute equity issues both locally and internationally
- Privatization and commercialisation of parastatals: advise on optimal privatization process; prepare a parastatal for privatization through debt injection and/or restructuring
- Venture capital: review and advise on business plans; structure optimal capital base and source strategic investors
