Corporate Finance and Corporate Advisory Services

Through its activities in debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet restructuring and corporate advisory services, Loita affords a critical link for African and multinational corporations to grow according to market demands. Privatisation in Africa has also increased the demand for first-class corporate advisors.

Critical success factors of the Loita Corporate Finance group include:

  • Its professionals’ presence for over decade in a diverse set of African countries (including Angola, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mauritius)

  • Its ability to respond quickly, either telephonically or in person
  • Its uncompromising policy of mutual respect to the client and each other, integrity, teamwork, service and excellence

The Corporate Finance team is comprised of five sector-focused teams:

These transaction groupings reflect Loita’s experience in the fastest-growing and most important sectors in Africa.
